Why did my search return parcels outside the area I asked for?
If results appear outside your intended geography, the criteria were most likely interpreted more broadly than intended - for example:
- A city name that exists in several states, or
- A multi-city list where the boundary was not applied to every name
How to fix it
- Re-run the search with the county and state named explicitly, or
- Draw the area on the map and use 'In current map view' to constrain it.
