Why did my search return no results?
There are usually one of four reasons for this:
| Reason | What to do |
|---|---|
| Your criteria may be too narrow in combination | Try removing one condition at a time to identify which one is filtering everything out. |
| Your map view may be limiting results | If "In current map view" is turned on, make sure you're zoomed to an area that actually contains matching parcels. |
| A data field may not be populated for that area | If one of your criteria relies on a field that isn't available for that jurisdiction, no parcel can match on it. |
| The area may genuinely have no matching parcels | — |
Where to start: Start by widening your search area, then relax your most restrictive criterion.
