Release version: 4.6.0 Release date: October 20, 2026
This article covers everything included in the ParGo 4.6 release, with details on what changed, why it matters, and what to expect.
New Features
Redesigned Dashboard
What's new: The dashboard has been redesigned with dedicated tabs for Projects, Pipelines, Criteria, Results, and Prompts, plus tags, filters, search, and grid or list views.
Why it matters: Before, saved searches and results lists lived inside individual projects, and shared projects were mixed into your own project list. Now everything you've saved is organized and reachable from one place.
What to expect:
- Use the tabs at the top of the dashboard to switch between Projects, Pipelines, Criteria (saved search criteria), Results (saved results lists), and Prompts. Each tab shows a count.
- To save a prompt, click the star icon next to it in AI Advisor. Saved prompts appear in the Prompts tab.
- In Projects, filter your list by:
- Active: your current projects.
- Shared: projects others have shared with you.
- Hidden: projects hidden from your list only. They stay live for the people they're shared with.
- Archived: archived projects, which are read-only until restored.
- Add color-coded tags to projects with the tag icon on each project card, then filter by tag (or No tag) using the tag chips at the top right.
- Use the search bar to find a project by name, and the Sort menu to reorder (e.g., by last saved).
- Switch between grid view (map preview cards) and list view with the toggle next to the search bar.
- Each project card shows a map preview, the number of users it's shared with, and its created date. Click the arrow to open the project.
- Share-invitation emails now include the inviter's email address, not just their account name.
Enhancements
Comps Enhancements
What's new: Comps now supports assembled properties on both sides of the comparison. You can assemble multiple parcels into a single subject, and results include assembled comps for properties that span multiple parcels. Comps also handles parcels with missing or incorrect property classifications.
Why it matters: Before, a business on several parcels could only be compared one parcel at a time, and comparable properties that span multiple parcels came back as partial pieces. Now both the subject and the comps reflect the entire property as it would actually trade.
What to expect:
- When you search an address in Comps, every record at that address appears right away.
- ParGo suggests parcels with the same address within two miles. Choose one as your subject, or assemble eligible parcels into a single subject.
- Comp results can include both single-parcel comps and assembled comps, where one assembled comp represents the entire property:
- For Sale / For Lease: parcels are grouped into one comp when they're linked to the same property.
- Completed Sales: parcels are grouped only when every parcel is verified against the same recorded sale document.
- Select multiple property types and subtypes in every Comps search method. You can edit these selections, even when a parcel has no classification.
- Building-area and land-area results are kept separate.
- Your selections are kept in saved results and exports.
DROP Enhancements
What's new: DROP research is more accurate and faster, comes in a redesigned PDF report, and can be re-run on individual parcels.
Why it matters: Before, contacts could be attached to the wrong person or company, and re-running DROPs was bulk-only. If one parcel's DROP came out wrong, you had to re-run all of them.
What to expect:
- DROP is better at finding owner companies, brochures, and contact pages, and recovers when a page blocks it.
- Phones and emails are matched to the correct person or company. Shared contacts are kept and unrelated details are rejected.
- Owners, managers, brokers, and possible contacts are clearly labeled, with the evidence for each one.
- Source links, quoted passages, dates, and document page references are kept in the report.
- Research summaries, contact tables, and evidence formatting are cleaner, all in a new PDF design.
- Reports no longer fail to save because of invalid characters.
- You can re-run a DROP on an individual parcel instead of re-running the whole batch.
HTML Export Enhancements
What's new: HTML exports are easier to navigate and present.
Why it matters: Before, it could be hard to tell which parcel on the map matched which entry in the list. Parcel boundaries weren't visible either.
What to expect:
- Parcels are numbered on both the map and the menu.
- When you click a pin to view its details, the map recenters so the selected pin isn't hidden behind the details banner.
- Parcel boundaries are shown on the map.
Demographics and Trade Area Updates
What's new: The demographics panel and the trade-area map are easier to read and compare.
Why it matters: The "feet" icons suggested walking distance even though the rings measure straight-line distance. The faint ring lines were also hard to see.
What to expect:
- Use the new Expand All / Collapse All button in the demographics panel to compare key stats across trade areas quickly.
- Straight-line distance uses a new radius/line icon instead of the "feet" icon. Drive time keeps the car icon.
- Trade-area ring lines are darker and easier to see.
- The "click a ring to toggle that trade area" instruction under the map is more prominent.
- The data attribution note was removed from the trade-area map.
Parcel Details Updates
What's new: Parcel Details shows clearer city, date, and field information.
Why it matters: Customers were confusing Parcel City with the census city. Some recorder documents also showed a less useful date, and some fields displayed raw numeric codes.
What to expect:
- Census Designated City now appears in Parcel Details, separate from Parcel City.
- AI Advisor can search on Parcel City, Census Designated City, or either one. For example, it can match a city on either field so you don't miss parcels that fall under one but not the other.
- Recorder document cards show the instrument date, labeled "Date." If there's no instrument date, the recording date is shown instead.
- Fields that used to show numeric codes now show readable labels.
Pipeline Updates
What's new: Pipeline selection and naming work more predictably.
Why it matters: Before, you couldn't select parcels from different columns at once. Duplicate pipeline names were also allowed and confusing.
What to expect:
- Multi-select parcels across different Pipeline columns, e.g., two parcels in "LOI" and one in "Closed."
- If you create a pipeline with an existing name, a number is added automatically: (1), (2), (3), and so on. This matches how project names work.
- Archived pipelines don't count as duplicates. You can archive "Test" and create a new "Test" without a number being added.
Fixes
- Live GPS tracking no longer jumps back to your location after you pan away.
- Projects can be saved after you remove individual parcels, including "Added by you" parcels.
- Moving selected "Added by you" parcels to a pipeline now moves only those parcels. Previously, all "Meets criteria" parcels were moved too.
- Request DROP in Pipeline now runs only on the selected parcels. Previously it ran on every parcel in the pipeline.
- AI Advisor now refers to Prompt Helper by its current name instead of "search helper."
- The Data Dictionary search bar on the All Fields tab in mobile view now reads "Search fields, descriptions…"
- Export format names now line up evenly in the export window, including GeoPackage.
- Parcel cards and results filters fit correctly inside panels with the new grab-bar design.
